Flyer titled “Keep Yourself Safe” with the subtitle “Falls don’t have to be a scary part of aging.” The flyer promotes a workshop that provides helpful tips, balance strategies, and home safety ideas designed to help seniors stay active and safe. The Independent Living Center of Kern County logo appears near the top. Event details state the workshop is hosted by ILCKC on March 11, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at 5251 Office Park Drive, Suite 200, Bakersfield, CA 93309. A Zoom Meeting ID: 256 654 8249 is provided along with a QR code to scan for access. Attendees are asked to RSVP to ILCKC at 661-325-1063 or info@ilcofkerncounty.org .
